Our response to COVID-19

Taking care of each other is our top priority right now.  We were hopeful that we would be able to resume normal operations after a couple of weeks of closure, but it’s clear now that is not possible. It’s uncertain as to when we will be permitted to fully reopen. There are some changes you may experience as we do our best to meet our customers’ needs while keeping our team members healthy:

• Most of the NMR team members are working from home, including our Customer Satisfaction experts and Order Fulfillment group members.
• You can expect the same great support as always from these teams, but please be aware all phone orders have been disrupted. Only orders placed through our website, or your local sales representative, are being filled at this time.
• Due to very limited staffing at our warehouse, current shipping times are running considerably longer than usual. Your patience and understanding are most appreciated at this time.
